UPDATE Feb 27 1:23pm: Users should be able to access the Rockfish cluster. Thank you for your patience. 

The Rockfish cluster began experiencing issues with GPFS (parallel file system) today. Engineers are currently diagnosing the root cause and are working to identify a fix. Connectivity to Rockfish is on hold until we can resolve this issue. We will provide another update as soon as we can.
